Metro by T-Mobile

As the creative lead during the first two years of our engagement with Metro, I was tasked with a complete redesign of metropcs.com. My team worked hand-in-hand with our client to build a best in class eCommerce experience that would also change consumer perception about the brand.


With the client being local and reluctant to take a traditional project approach, we worked with extreme collaboration to create the customized solution. Four-hour working sessions between the client and our UX and creative teams were conducted twice a week to create each site section’s requirements, whiteboard preliminary UX solutions and review creative on all form factors on device (mobile, mini-tablet, tablet & desktop).

 

This collaborative, waterfall approach resulted in a cutting edge responsive site with full eCommerce capabilities.
